We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the center of Makassar City. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience. From the friendly front desk staff to the attentive housekeeping and food and beverage department, everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfy, with four big pillows that provided great support. The hotel also provided a wide range of amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms werenice and neat, and the hotel facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the 24-hour gym, perfect for my busy schedule. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location close to many famous local restaurants made it easy to find delicious meals. The hotel also has a great breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Great internet speed and multinational outlets, very convenient for business travelers. Excellent location and friendly staff, always willing to help. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with daily options of local food.
The phone's buttons were not useful and lengthened the phone call times. The door hinges' glue made it look cheap;

The hotel is located in a great area, with a variety of local restaurants close by and beautiful beach area. the rooms are well-furnished and the bathroom is clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. Breakfast is delicious with a complete assortment and local food, and the in-room amenities are thoughtful and useful.
The lighting in the hall and the bathroom may be insufficient, and towels may be provided too late.

Incredible stay! the breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of local choices and fresh fruit. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and many local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and comfortable amenities like a plush bed.
The room service could be improved. We had a few mix-ups with our orders and some dishes were cold.
